Dale has spent four decades in Missouri agriculture, and His ability to join producers and other agricultural businesses as partners over the past two decades has helped position Missouri as a leader in biodiesel production, beef production, and youth leadership development. Dale has a consistent record of bringing like-minds together to achieve desired results. Dale led the Missouri Soybean Association for more than two decades, and has spent the last several years leading a farmer-owned input supply company, as well as his consulting business.
